Shipping policy
1. Shipping Destination and Items Located
We currently ship to the following European countries: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands.
Orders can be delivered to valid addresses within these countries (excluding PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses, which are restricted by carriers). If you are unsure whether your location is eligible for delivery, please contact us for confirmation before placing your order.
Our factories are located in China, and all orders are shipped directly from our facilities in China.
2. Processing Time
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time (plus any holidays).

Time Zone: (GMT+08:00) China Standard Time (Shanghai)
We will process your order within 1–5 business days after the order is placed.
Most orders take approximately 5–10 business days from order placement to delivery.
During peak seasons and holidays, processing time may be slightly longer. However, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible.
3. Shipping Methods
We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS EMS. These carriers provide tracking and insurance services. All shipment times are calculated in working days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
4. Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping: Free shipping on all orders.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your shipment. Orders can be tracked via https://www.17track.net. If you experience any tracking issues, please contact us for assistance.
6. Shipping Delays
Unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, customs inspections, or other factors beyond our control may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
If we are unable to deliver your products within 90 days, we will notify you, cancel your order, and issue a full refund.
7. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Inlunar is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after shipment are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
8. Lost, Stolen, and Misdelivered Packages
If the product is damaged or lost during shipping, we will provide a replacement free of charge.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must contact the carrier within 7 days to request a delivery trace. Replacement or refund will be handled based on the carrier’s investigation result.
9. Multiple Items
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.
10. Import Tax and VAT
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the buyer.
