Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Custom-made and promotional items are not eligible for return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.

Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is up to 10 business days after the return is received

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos.

After verification, we will arrange:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund

In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Missing Items

If your order is missing any items, please contact us as soon as possible. Once confirmed, we will resend the missing products.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color differences caused by screen display or photography
  • Delivery delays due to incorrect shipping address
  • Other non-merchant-related reasons

Installed appliances are not eligible for return.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order.

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange services. Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Once received and verified, the exchanged product will be shipped within 30 business days.

Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
