At inlunar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If your item does not meet your expectations, we offer a clear and flexible return and exchange service.

1. Return Period

  • Europe: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

  • Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery

  • Items missing original packaging, accessories, or manuals

  • Custom-made or specially personalized products

3. How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Customer Support
    Email [email protected] with your order number and, if applicable, photos of any defects.

  2. Receive Confirmation
    Our team will reply within 2 business days with the return address and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the Item Back
    Send the product within 7 days after receiving confirmation and keep your tracking number for reference.

  4. Refund or Exchange
    After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, inlunar will cover all shipping costs.

  • For returns based on personal preference (e.g., change of mind, wrong size or style), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund as quickly as possible.

6. EU Consumer Rights

Customers within the European Union are entitled to the 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
This means you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
The conditions listed above (unused, original packaging, etc.) still apply.
